As the firm’s forensic accountant, I play a critical role in unraveling complex financial puzzles to uncover discrepancies and financial misrepresentation. I help our clients by performing complex calculations, data analysis, email review, and research.

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with a strong foundation in forensic accounting. With four years of experience at Plante Moran, I specialized in forensic accounting and auditing. I conducted detailed investigations into financial irregularities, assisted clients in fraud detection and prevention, and provided guidance to improve internal controls.

My forensic accounting expertise spans multiple sectors, including education, government, healthcare, and not-for-profit organizations. I helped my clients by utilizing investigative techniques, such as background research, email review, data analytics, and public record searches. I have conducted interviews with key accounting personnel to identify potential fraud scenarios and internal control gaps. I assisted with presentations of complex financial findings and analysis to clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders such as law enforcement.

I am a member of the MICPA, the AICPA, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). My educational background includes an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Wayne State University.
