Jamie joined Kickham Hanley in 2003 as part of the litigation team.  Jamie concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and risk litigation. She has litigated cases involving banking, construction, contracts, accounting and legal malpractice, family law, real estate, corporate and business law issues. She has extensive experience in drafting sophisticated legal briefs in both state and federal court, and at the trial court and appellate court level.  She is admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Still a great highlight of her career, in September 2006 on behalf of a Spanish distributor of pneumatic power tools, Jamie participated in a two week trial of a product warranty case in the federal district court in Oregon which ultimately received a judgment after a jury verdict in excess of $1.6 million.  In 2004, Jamie developed and implemented a default litigation process for Sears and Kmart, and as part of that process, managed outside litigation counsel nationwide on behalf of these clients through 2007.
